  • Built a WhatsApp-integrated patient enquiry system using ASP.NET MVC and the Mobile Seva API (C-DAC) for real-time messaging and patient support.
  • Coordinated with the C-DAC technical team for API configuration, webhook setup, and resolving integration issues — gaining experience in a government tech ecosystem.
  • Set up webhook endpoints using ngrok, tested API flows via Postman, and built a Telegram bot for parallel validation.
  • Developed an internal IT Ticketing System for network team task assignment and issue tracking.
  • Managed database operations using SQL Server (SSMS) throughout the project.
